Renovations
We appreciate the character inherent in older homes as well as the importance of energy efficiency and modern mechanical systems and we love to combine the best of the old and new. We have stripped entire houses to the studs, moved houses onto new foundations, installed state of the art mechanical systems and brought old homes up to or exceeding current energy efficiency standards, while retaining the warmth and character of the home. Layouts are redesigned to appeal to today’s homeowner including opening up floor plans, adding dormers or complete second stories, gracious verandas, media rooms or wine cellars.
